A dedicated development team that works like it's yours.
Designers, engineers and QA who join your stand-ups, work in your repository and your tools, and stay with your product month after month, without the time and cost of hiring each role yourself.

When a dedicated team beats hiring or outsourcing.
A dedicated team fits when the work is ongoing and you want to stay close to it. These are the usual triggers.
- 01
Hiring is too slow
Roles stay open for months while the roadmap waits.
- 02
You need several skills at once
Design, frontend, backend and QA together, without four separate hires.
- 03
Your team is stretched
Your own engineers are good but outnumbered by the work in front of them.
- 04
You want to stay in charge
You'd rather direct the work yourself than hand over a fixed brief.
- 05
Demand goes up and down
You need to add or reduce capacity as the roadmap changes, without layoffs or rehiring.
- 06
A specialist skill is missing
Mobile, AI or a particular framework, needed for months, not years.
Hiring in-house, or a dedicated team?
Both are good answers to different situations. A dedicated team gets you moving faster and keeps options open while you decide what to build in-house.
| Consideration | Hiring in-house | Dedicated team |
|---|---|---|
| Time to start | Hiring in-houseMonths of recruiting | Dedicated teamWeeks |
| Skills | Hiring in-houseOne hire at a time | Dedicated teamA balanced team from day one |

Many clients start with a dedicated team and hire in-house over time. We document everything so that transition is easy.

What we build is yours. In writing.
Software you'll run for years shouldn't tie you to the people who wrote it. Once the work is paid for it's yours outright, handed over in accounts you control.
- 01
Code and IP
Full ownership of the code and design files passes to you on payment. No licence fees, ever.
- 02
Your own accounts
Repositories, hosting, stores and domains are handed over in your name, not kept in ours.
- 03
Documentation
Setup guides, architecture notes and a record of key decisions, so any capable team can pick it up.
- 04
Confidentiality
We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive, and treat your data that way throughout.
What makes a remote team feel in-house.
Distance only matters when communication and quality slip. These are the habits that stop them slipping.
- Time
Overlapping hours
Working hours that overlap with yours for live conversation, not just handovers.
- Tools
Your tools, your process
Your Slack, your board, your repository and your rituals. Nothing new to learn.
- Quality
Reviewed work
Every change reviewed and tested before it's merged, to your coding standards.
- Continuity
A stable team
The same people on your product, with any change agreed in advance and handed over properly.

Would a different setup suit you better?
If you'd rather hand over delivery entirely, or need a defined project, start here instead.
- Ongoing Product EngineeringYou'd rather we run delivery for you and report on outcomes.
- Custom Software DevelopmentThere's a defined system to build with a clear first release.
- MVP DevelopmentYou're testing a new idea and need a small, fast first version.
- UI/UX Product DesignThe gap in your team is design rather than engineering.
Questions
The things people
ask us first.
If yours isn’t here, send it over. We reply within 1 hour, guaranteed, and you’ll get a straight answer rather than a brochure.
How is a dedicated team different from outsourcing a project?
+
With a project, you agree a scope and we deliver it. With a dedicated team, the people work inside your process on whatever your priorities are this sprint, and you direct the work day to day.
How quickly can a team start?
+
Usually within a few weeks of agreeing the plan, depending on the roles. The first fortnight is structured onboarding, ending with a first change shipped.
What working hours do you cover?
+
We're based in India and keep hours that overlap with yours, including for teams in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US, so there's time for live conversation every day.
Who manages the team?
+
You direct the work day to day. We handle the people side: quality, reviews, continuity and replacing anyone if needed, with notice and a proper handover.
Can we scale the team up or down?
+
Yes. Plans run month to month, and roles can be added, changed or reduced with notice as your roadmap changes.
Who owns the code the team writes?
+
You do. The team works in your repository, and ownership of the work passes to you on payment, as set out in the agreement.
