What should I put in my first message?

Whatever you have. A few sentences on what you're building and who it's for is plenty. If there's a deck, a Figma file or a site you admire, link it, but none of it is needed to get started.
My budget is under ₹1L. Should I still get in touch?

Yes. We'll tell you honestly what that budget can do well, whether that's a focused first phase or one piece of the bigger idea, rather than spreading it thin across everything.
How do you charge?

Fixed scope for defined projects, and a monthly retainer for ongoing work. Either way you get an itemised proposal before anything starts, so conversations stay about the product rather than the hours.
Who owns the work?

It depends on the plan. On a one-time project, everything is handed over in your own accounts. On our hosting and maintenance plan, we run it for you, your domain stays in your name, and if you move on we hand over the full code.
Can you take over a project someone else started?

Often, yes. We start with a short audit of the code, design files and accounts, then give you an honest read on what to keep, what to rework and what it takes to get releases moving again.
Do you work with teams outside India?

We do. We're based in Hyderabad and work with companies across India, the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East, with enough overlapping hours for a daily conversation.
